SEA GLASS

Situated directly across from the Pacific Ocean, Sea Glass is a single-story residence with an additional basement level. The design is driven by a desire to fully capture sweeping ocean views through expansive glazing while maintaining privacy from the active street below. A frosted glass guardrail and layered coastal planting provide a gentle visual screen, adding depth and texture to the front yard while preserving a strong connection to the sea.
