VALLEY WAY

Our Valley Way subdivision aims to provide a diverse range of housing affordability within one development. A hundred dwellings are provided spanning from ultra-low income to high end townhomes. We analyzed the historic Carmel Hospital and developed a way to restore and reinvigorate the building into a multi-family community, complete with bocce ball courts and community recreation spaces.
